1. Introduction
Welcome to Limble Connect (“the App”). This App integrates with Intuit’s QuickBooks Online (“QBO”) services to provide features such as connecting Limble to Quickbooks for Task Management and Accounting. By installing, accessing, or otherwise using the App, you (“User”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) and the Privacy Policy (collectively “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must not use this App.
Note: This Agreement is solely between you and Yacht Care Services. Intuit, the provider of QuickBooks, is not a party to this Agreement.
2. License Grant
- Limited License
Yacht Care Services grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes and only in accordance with (a) this Agreement, and (b) all applicable laws. - Restrictions
- You may not (a) distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or loan the App to any third party, (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App except as permitted by law, or (c) circumvent or disable any security or technological features of the App.
- QuickBooks Online Integration
- The App may use QuickBooks Online application programming interfaces (“APIs”) to access, retrieve, or modify data within your QBO account. You acknowledge that your use of QBO is subject to Intuit’s own Terms of Service and policies.
- Yacht Care Services is not responsible for QuickBooks Online, its availability, or its performance. You agree to comply with all Intuit developer requirements when using the App in conjunction with QBO.
3. User Responsibilities
- Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or using the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. - Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to upload or transmit any content that: (a) infringes any third-party rights, (b) contains viruses or malicious code, or (c) violates any law or regulation. - Data Accuracy
The App may assist with accounting or financial tasks, but you acknowledge that you remain responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of any data entered into or processed by the App or QBO.
4. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Yacht Care Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the App.
4.1 Information We Collect
- User-Provided Information
When you create an account or connect your QBO account, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, billing information, and any other data you explicitly provide. - QuickBooks Online Data
When you connect your QuickBooks account, the App will have access to certain financial data, transaction details, invoices, or other accounting records stored in QBO, as authorized by you and permitted via Intuit’s API. - Usage Data
We may automatically collect information about how you access and use the App, including IP address, browser type, device details, and logs.
4.2 How We Use Your Information
- To Provide and Maintain the App
We use the collected information to authenticate you, to retrieve or post data to your QuickBooks Online account as instructed by you, and to provide requested functionalities. - To Improve Our Services
We analyze usage patterns and user feedback to enhance the performance, reliability, and features of the App. - Communications
We may send you emails or notifications regarding updates, security alerts, administrative messages, or information about new features. - Legal Compliance
We may access, preserve, or disclose your information if required to do so by law or if we believe such action is necessary to (a) comply with a legal obligation, (b) protect the rights, property, or safety of Yacht Care Services, our users, or others.
4.3 How We Share Your Information
- Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your data with vendors or hosting providers who assist us in operating the App, subject to confidentiality and security obligations. - Business Transfers
If Yacht Care Services is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to any pre-existing commitments. - Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
4.4 Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4.5 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the App’s services. We may also retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.
4.6 International Transfer
If you access the App from outside Canada, your data may be transferred to and processed in a country different from your own, subject to appropriate safeguards.
4.7 Your Choices and Rights
You may access, modify, or delete certain personal information by logging into your account or contacting us at [email protected]. If you request deletion, we may retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes.
5. Fees and Payment
If the App is offered on a subscription or paid basis, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time.
6. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective upon your first use of the App and continues unless terminated. - Termination
Yacht Care Services may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate any provision. You may discontinue use of the App at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of dealing. Yacht Care Services does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yacht Care Services and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Yacht Care Services’ liability exceed the amounts paid by you to Yacht Care Services for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Yacht Care Services, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Vancouver Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Vancouver Canada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update or revise this Agreement at our discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice within the App prior to the effective date. By continuing to use the App after such changes become effective, you agree to the revised Agreement.

13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Yacht Care Services regarding the App, superseding any prior agreements between you and Yacht Care Services related to the subject matter herein.
BY USING THIS APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
